Precious Baban Nursery
Gilly Clark, the owner of Precious Baban Nursery, is a professional reborn artist from Cornwall, in the UK. She started her career of reborning dolls in 2001, so she has over 19 years of experience creating lifelike dolls. She claims that each reborn she creates is closely attached to her heart and she always wishes they will be loved in the same way when they arrive to their new adoptive families. Gille Clark explains how, due to her remarkable affinity with her production, she always puts her heart and soul into bringing to life each one and everyone of her precious dolls.
Each baby Gilly produces is hand-painted with many layers of Genesis heat set paints. Babies are weighted with glass beads and filled with soft polyester padding. Gilly uses beautiful glass eyes for awake babies and gives tiny rooted eyelashes for sleepers. The reborn babies have soft, carefully made doe-suede bodies, and Gilly always puts real baby clothes on her reborns. She makes sure that her babies arrive to the new family in a pretty ribbon and carefully boxed, along with their blanket, dummy, rebirth certificate and detailed care instructions.
